Ideal Muslim School Celebrates Animal Day with Enthusiasm and Joy
Ideal Muslim School proudly celebrated Animal Day with its Pre and Junior School students, transforming the campus into a world of color, creativity, and excitement. The event aimed to build students’ confidence, encourage imaginative expression, and nurture compassion for animals and nature. Children participated with immense enthusiasm, making the day both memorable and meaningful.
The celebration featured a vibrant Pet Show, where students brought their beloved pets and showcased how lovingly and responsibly they care for them. This hands-on experience not only boosted confidence but also helped students understand the importance of empathy and responsible pet ownership. Alongside this, the Jungle Costume Competition became one of the most exciting highlights of the day. Students arrived dressed as jungle explorers, wild animals, and nature-themed characters, displaying remarkable creativity and imagination. Face painting added another layer of excitement, as children happily transformed into their favorite animals before enjoying a fun, age-appropriate movie related to nature and wildlife.
A special award ceremony was held to celebrate the outstanding efforts of the children. In the Wild Wonder Costume Competition, Khunais Ur Rehman secured first position for his creative portrayal of “The Crocodile Hunter” from Nursery, Muhammad Hanan Qureshi from Prep earned second position with his “Tribal Man” costume, while Noor Fatima from Playgroup won third place for her beautiful “Peacock” costume. In the Best Pet Keeper Competition, Muhammad Moosa from Grade 5 achieved first position for presenting his pet cat Jojo with remarkable care. The second position was secured by Javeria Ayaz from Grade 3 for showcasing her Pigeons; Goldie and Whitie, and Muhammad Zayyan from Grade 6 earned the third position with his pet cat Cooper.
Animal Day was more than just an event; it was a joyful learning experience that helped students build a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Through interactive activities, creative expression, and meaningful engagements, children learned valuable lessons in kindness, responsibility, and environmental awareness.
