This can make it challenging for teachers to stay motivated and keep pace with students who may have less exposure. Yet, among them, there is remarkable talent and potential waiting to be nurtured.
To support educators in unlocking this potential, Dunya Foundation organized a series of training sessions for teachers, aimed at equipping them with practical strategies to make learning engaging, interactive, and meaningful.
Dr. Sana ur Rehman led a motivational session on human behavior and its impact, emphasizing how empathy, patience, and a positive approach can transform the classroom experience for both teachers and students.
Ms. Noor ul Ain, Preschool Trainer at PakTurk International Schools, shared innovative techniques for teaching young learners, helping teachers make lessons curiosity-driven, interactive, and fun, even for students who face learning challenges.
Ms. Samina Arshad, Vice Principal & Trainer at Omer Bin Khattab International School, Ajman, UAE, guided teachers on creating supportive and engaging classrooms, offering strategies to encourage participation, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
Across all sessions, teachers engaged in interactive games, Q&A activities, and discussions on real classroom challenges, gaining practical tools to apply immediately.
